He's implying isolationism somehow led to or contributed to the outbreak of world war 2. He won't tell you how, because what he's doing is conflating the fact that the people of the US were overwhelmingly isolationist prior to both world wars but our jewish overlords through Wilson and FDR made the decision for us that we would be globalists, thus, isolationism is a failed policy not because it actually is but because a jew told you that it is and there's no reason to discuss or question it.
