Again, if you used Tornado Kick at any point before MNKs full on rework you were a shitter. The move heavily gimped your DPS because it emptied your greased lightning which was the main source of MNK's sustained DPS. It's why Fists of Wind was the optimal stance to be in during ShB since it gave you an extra stack of GL, you aren't doing yourself any good by pretending that Tornado kick was a good or well thought out ability.
