I've recently started my dream journal again, despite being exhausted the night before (sore legs) I couldn't remember any of my dreams by the time I woke up.
How do ((you)) improve dream recall outside of consistent journal keeping? Does 10-20 minutes of zero screen time before bed make a noticeable impact?
