good question, because leftists invented the term "BIPOC" for that reason.

They had to create a special acronym specifically to descriminate in things like college admissions, excluding east Asians because their ideology couldn't reconcile a race of people being generally prosperous, make their own way without handouts and equity, but be non-white.
