Your picrel is talking about a study on fruit flies. Interesting, but it has yet to be replicated on human subjects.
The other usual study that gets cited here about microchimerism only describes the retention of male cells of the offspring that reside in the female's body after pregnancy (with no evidence of affecting the female's eggs).
So far, there isn't really any basis that a woman's previous sexual partners will genetically (or epigenetically) modify her eggs or the offspring that she will give birth to, but there are still plenty of other reasons to marry a virgin regardless.

Close. The fetus's cells can remain in the woman's body (most prominently in instances of induced abortion), but these cells don't interact with or affect the woman's eggs. They usually end up in the woman's brain, where the immune system is less active (this is so that your immune system is less likely to destroy neural tissue and brain cells).
