It was 34-38c the week before last (indoors probably closer to 42-45c even with all windows open and fans on due to the way our housing is built) and I woke up covered in sweat and my entire body was imprinted on my bed sheets. It also suggests lost islands and territory may rise out of the north sea and irish sea for the first time in thousands of years and rejoin the British Isles. Crazy stuff.
