Again, it's still way beyond the quality of most TV anime. This is very clear if you compare it to what we just had in the spring season for example. How many series on the list did you watch and how many would you consider to have had good animation? A lot of people only watch the top shows of each season so they have a very distorted idea of what average quality is like, leading to a situation where like 80% shows are deemed below average.
