not really, Andrewsarchus was related to entelodonts somewhat but it was a very archaic artyodactyl from the paleogene (aka mammal triassic), much more closer to whales
also since that skull is the only thing we have of it nobody fucking knows what it looked like. it may have been like in WWB just as it may have been a giant fat balding pige like OP
