Terumi's really bad. His only gimmick is that his drive moves build a fuck ton of meter, but a lot of his specials aren't very good so that's not even much of a boon. The character has nothing going for him otherwise. His neutral sucks and he struggles with getting in. This is against Carl who is extremely strong with the puppet.
