First time playing Eltharion. Rather tough quest battle. Fun, but it's up there for difficulty (at least doing it this early)

Early game is particularly challenging as her (much like Kostaltyn), be careful where and when you expand North (assuming IE). Don't be scared to defend and sack instead of occupying all of the time. But of course don't leave armies out and vulnerable to ambush from Throt. And bring some Kislevite Warriors, absolutely batshit strong for their tier/cost etc.
