In 2025-06-25 11:07:52 UTC, there was a brief power fault. The electricity was out for like 1 second, but resulted in "two" permanent data errors in my non-mirrored zpool. Oddly, it only affected one portion of the area (my area), as nearby areas were unaffected, like not having to fix the clocks due to electric power disappearing. zpools finished scrubbing and the results are ("sudo zpool status -v zd"):
- corruption in /zd/4changif/cronlog2.corrupt.txt
- corruption in /zd/4changif/4chan_gif_2025_05/Ad_04o1zedRanhalvJ029g
File "cronlog2.corrupt.txt" was quickly found to be corrupt and was recovered+replaced. File "Ad_04o1zedRanhalvJ029g" was slowly found to be corrupt and was moved today.
