I don't think they look less feminine with buccal fat removal, just older. Think femininity = youth is kinda retarded and mostly something from boomers onward, and with good diet early get stronger features. I find it quite distasteful when women have recessed jaws, lack of proper sleep, mouth breathing, and soft foods will wreck someones aesthetics.
