Conservatives were laughing because Democratic corrupt scum were doing Democratic corrupt scum things with the services so the fires it was all their fault. I don't remember what it was correctly but I remember the corruption spin it got after a few days/weeks. A flood can't be preventable but a fire can be. I am ready to debate this.
