Either play the Fate/Stay night vn and play all the routes, or watch the Deen Fate/Stay night, Ufotable Unlimited Blade works, then the Heavens feel movies. If you read the VN I reccomend watch the anime because it us pretty nice to see and compare. After that you can watch Apocrypha, then if you really really like fate you can read/play the gacha Fate grand order. Theres a lot of other material like light novels and manga but I haven't those for the most part, Apocrypha has a light novel that from what I understand was better than the anime
