Dude.... Don't fall for the muh "bear spray and knife meme". Literally just have a decently sized stone in your pocket and throw it at the approaching dog. Other than that use your walking stick to keep distance if the furry niggers circle you. Swing that fucking stick and yell. Dogs are cowards and honestly pretty stupid. 50% of the time you can literally mimic throwing an object at a dog and he'll run away. You don't really need to hit them with stones, just throw said pocket stone near the dog so that he heard and feels the impact. Those cowardly pooches will see that you are not to be messed with.

I can handle dogs on foot, but these furry nigs are so fucking shitty to deal with when you cycle. Especially shepherd dogs, those fuckers will run at 20 km/h easily and they know to go for the legs. Honestly the only thing you can do is cycle faster than the dog can run but the terrain isn't always benefic.

I live in Romania so your fears are really not grounded in reality, if you do not live in some sort of shithole Balkan country then just grow a pair.
