use forge/reforge until you know what the options functionally do to the images
My images are genned at 1176x880 upscaled to 1.45 the size, the upscaling works like img2img too, only its kind of growing 1 pixel worth of color into many. It has its own denoise bar like you would see in an Img2Img workflow, the higher the bar the more the image changes up, too high and you get fingers in hair and other creepy shit.
This image .25 denoise, at 18 steps in HRF, 30 sample steps for the base image, and one last adetailer face layer to adjust the face a minor amount (and maybe clean up background faces if they appear)
