Outside of the bug I mentionned, the only thing I ever really disliked about ELFX was that it oversaturate the absolute shit of fire lightsource like hearts and torches, but that's something you can work around as well with ENB.
Again, Lux interiors are really great, I think I switched between the two for about 5 times until I finally made up my mind because even though I'm used to ELFX I really liked how Lux interiors were made.
