Yeah I made that same choice for my Madam Hertha, and she does exceptional damage when she crits, it’s just that she occasionally doesn’t, which sucks. I don’t have any eidolons so some SPD itemisation was nessecery at cost of her crit damage.
The gearing is with Izumi so that’s a effective 79% rate.
