I can't tell you what the right thing to do is or when, but eventually whether it's over a longer time or not, you will have to make a decision. Even if she doesn't immediately follow, you can convey to her that it isn't the end of the world and she can make her own decisions, no pressure. Ultimately it will not be your arguments that change her mind, but the transforming of your character that will do this through your actions and love. This simply won't happen outside the Church, you need the Holy Mysteries and the grace therefrom. You have to be healed, for the sake of yourself, your family, your community, and so on.
