Did you that that the PGW and Ochre Pottery Culture , copper hoard, etc. There's no artefact with Chakra sign?? except for actual chakra of the Sinauli Chariot, and toys later on in Period IV of this culture (Hastinapur - B.B. Lal). But it is not the chakra we are looking for.
