Elio, the New pixar movie was meant to be a "Queer" film. What does a fucking sexual orientation have anything to do with a story about a boy and an alien? Why does this effect your bullshit childrens movie story?
Disney movies follow a formula anyways. Exposition/mild action. Conflict realised/villian presented. Buildup to large conflict between protag and villian. Conflict/resolution. Sprinkle humor in, some for adults, some for kids. Ship it.
