If we used the tallest woman in history and applied how much taller she is compared to the average woman (with 248cm she's around 153% bigger than an average woman) to draenei girls (213cm average) then they could realistically be up to ~326.9 cm (~10'8.7") tall.
I guess you could still go bigger with alchemy / technology / magic.
