Speed is for last spurts when your uma goes all out, she doesn't actually go at her fastests during mid or early race

Stamina is always relevant but there's a point where stamina isn't too relevant and you can lose because you're too slow

Power is how fast your uma goes from 0 to 100 and how good she can push past lots of walls, getting boxed in usually means either no wit or not enough retard strenght

Guts is a dump stat

Wits is for anything RNG related in your races, and uma positioning, your uma also triggers skills more often the higher it gets

Speed bros want a lot of speed in sprints to medium races because stamina won't make a difference if you got a few stamina skills

Wit bros rely on a balance of speed and wit usually when they're using late enders, pacers or enders

Stam bros usually farm stam with speed when their uma wants to do long races like Arima kinen

>Why not power?
Because the maximum yield of power training demands power cards that would take up space on speed cards that also boost your power, thus spreading thin your turn managment trying to upgrade your power training slot. Only Haru Urara so far (and somewhat vodka) benefits from focusing on power, the rest are better off without it
