I've just started playing, left the first town, arrived to the second town, assembled a party and completed the only two available quests. Now literally nothing happens, these fucking bums just sit on their asses all day in the inn and no new quests or events happen, except for some dialogue and backstory of the mage girl.

Is it bugged or am I missing some flag or is this how all adventures live? I fucking hate 1.0 versions of complicated games.
