The only reason people are panicking over birth rates is because of capitalists worrying that the line won't go up forever in their arbitrary metric, and because they're feeding a shit ton of brown masses so much they're blowing up in population like never before, and they're ferrying them all to Europe, America, South Africa, and Australia/New Zealand.
