Disagree with Zen. The monster girls are great picks. You can't really go smaller than them unless you find people who have zero experience and don't even know if they like streaming or not, and that's a gamble you don't want to take. Hololive made that mistake once and had a new talent graduate really quickly because she just didn't like it.
