Most likely Char since he's been on the ship and can probably track machu's whereabouts. He probably also knows Gundam's location all along. Shuuji is also likely but less so. Though it's possible, I'd hate if the messenger is just future machu.

She's in the same colony as Gundam and is an excellent NT. Can't think of further reasons.
> Who's Shuuji
Hinted to be connected to Char. I think he will just be someone original to this show and not a time-traveler, probably a Flanagan experiment or something. His goal will likely to be mundane in nature but has to be achieved using Elmeth's properties.

1. Total Zabi Death. 2. Something related to Elemth Lalah, likely saving her in some way.
