A demon waits where shadows creep,
With honeyed lies and secrets deep.
“Eternal beauty—just your soul,”
He croons, and takes his silent toll.
The young say yes with eager breath,
Not knowing they have signed for death.
Their faces glow, their youth renewed—
Until the curse begins to brood.
Their beauty rots in slow disgrace,
A ghastly grin distorts each face.
By moonlight now, their eyes are dull—
Each lovely girl, a wailing ghoul.
With honeyed lies and secrets deep.
