really need advice on home decoration right now, I recently bought a house and I really want to decorate it nicely (think goth/dark victorian). I own a wooden dresser I inherited from my grandma, but it's brown, and I'm worried it'll look weird if everything else in the room is in a different color. should I keep everything made of wood in the same color, or is it okay to have furniture in different colors in the same room? or should I paint the dresser?
