What are some more specific concepts/stories/kinks you haven't seen often, but really liked when you have? I'd like to hear it.

For instance, I like when the girl obviously got pregnant, but the story doesn't just instantly skip to when she looks ready to give birth. Bonus points if she isn't making a big deal about being knocked up, or seems in denial/oblivious to it like pic related.
