Hate is an exaggeration but she does straight up say she was never fond of MIka due to her (incorrect) preconceived notions about her. In the same scene she admits that she was wrong about her. It all ties into the fifth Koan and the general theme on the story. The ultimate point is that they weren't friends. They are now, but they weren't before.

Yes, she blamed everything on Saori. Including the shit that Seia just said to her - that Saori was going to fucking whack Sensei. These are not mutually exclusive. I'm simply given you the context for why she had such a major breakdown. This happens right before Seia was about to forgive her - instead she does a heel turn and incorrectly blames her for everything and gets facts about Saori incorrect, which leads Mika to thinking that they're going to kill him. This is fuel for Mika's aggression towards them. But she isn't even incorrect about Saori being behind most of the unfortunate things that happened to her. It's true that Saori manipulated Mika and ruined her life. She admits so herself.
