the only time I see someone exclusively play one champion, it is always a Twisted Fate player. I have seen lots of other one-tricks with hundreds of games on one champ but they always have 1-2 games played on something else, be it autofill or their otp was banned (see QMM.) Never with TF players, they are always 100%ed.
