what you are propsing may be true for small groups of "hunter-gatheres" but not for larger ones. once peeps get some kind of oirganization there will (and surely was) also "services" for the "spiritual" things and (of course) once you are in a tribe tier of hunter/gathers, not just 2-4 families roaming around alone, but several families in an organized groupd, like the praerie natives in northern america were. then you will have "classes" or "tiers". its a matter of distributed work in a larger group.
