I like cooking. Spent the weekend making cinnamon roll cookies with German buttercream frosting and also some pork chops with ranchero sauce. Ranchero sauce is a Mexican tomato sauce with chilies and onions that goes on eggs and meats. It’s my favorite sauce at Mexican restaurants and I just learned how easy it is to make. I’m about to run a dungeons and dragons game one shot for a few friends I made recently so that should be fun.
