I feel that we're on the same boat of clinging on to icons of the past and producers not wanting to fund new and original ideas, look at this comment from the Villainous spin-off trailer, to me it feels grim that cartoon network executives chose to make a gazillion more reboots and revivals of 2010s shows and the Villainous crew had to go indie due to a lack of funding.
