can't believe i'm only just noticing this now, but your movement speed rating in the buy menu is just your sprint speed in decimeters/s, ie. divide by 10 for your m/s speed. it was probably rounded before but at least according to the patch notes now everyone's speeds should only have one decimal so that's straightforward
so that means with the new changes to how speed is only based on equipped weapon, light weapon characters with speed upgrades like eika and yvette can actually run faster with their primary out than with anything else? that's kind of funny, and sure suits shotguns in particular
