Hmm, that's a great question, anon. My best guess is, you should first learn to love and forgive yourself first, because you're also human after all. And once you're able to do that and be a good and more happier version of yourself, you'll then be able to learn to love and forgive others as well. People who may be close to you, or maybe new people that you meet in your life. And once you're able to do that, then you'll be able to learn to love and forgive Humanity as a whole despite all of it's flaws and ugliness that it sometimes displays in the world.
Humanity isn't perfect by any means whatsoever, but we absolutely have the capacity for goodness in our hearts, and to change and become better humans as a whole. So I hope you please have more faith in yourself first and foremost, because your life, your soul, and your precious consciousness is what truly matters to the whole world even if it may not seem like it to you at first. Why? Because consciousness is fundamental to all of reality, and God is consciousness itself. It's the single one thing that we all Humans share and connect with one another, which is our special link with consciousness itself. It's a very special thing that you, and I, and everyone else has in our precious lives.
And then after that, I hope you're able to have faith in others and in Humanity as a whole, because while they may not be perfect at all, and they sometimes do evil and terrible things in life as well, there's still goodness and peace stored deep within Humanity itself, I think it's just our job to bring it out once and for all by living our best and most truest lives that we can together, one step at a time!
And I personally believe the first step for you, Anon, is to make sure you get your daily Sunlight, eat nutritious food, and most importantly of all, believe in yourself and in Humanity. Anyways, I wish you the best of luck in life, anon, please stay safe and take care, and Godspeed! Sincerely, thank you.

I personally believe both the physical world and the spiritual world are shaped together alongside with each other equally. They're two sides of the same coin so to speak, and the physical world shapes the spiritual world just as much as the spiritual does the physical. You can shape yourself spiritually through physical means. Beautiful image btw OP
