Could someone please help me figure out how much protein and how many calories are in one chicken breast from this bag?
700g bag, usually 5 breasts, breasts seem to be around 120g - 150g frozen.
website says "(as consumed) per 100g" 133kcal and 29.5g protein.
Assuming they're around 100g after being thawed and cooked then those would be the nutritional stats per breast, but it seems like a lot of protein for a fairly small chicken breast.
Idk man I'm new to nutrition and counting macros etc...
