Desktops.exe and it is pretty jank but I love the way it looks & works. It opens a separate explorer.exe process for each desktop, and you have to manually kill the tasks including the desktops.exe process if you wish to quit using it. I was using an older 32bit version, but it seems that an update has included a 64bit version. So carpe diem & caveat emptor, homie.
