Not really.
It'd be just as bad corposlop as now, but it tastes slightly different.
Like it is 100% confirmed at this point that it is matter of "when" not "if" female space marines will happen.
Hell, if GW AoS'd 40k it'd probably result in female marines anyway seeing that they made the sigmarines.
