EN has never had a local management structure, Anycolor didn't wanna do that after the failure with KR and ID, so a merge would make 0 fucking difference, everything is already done and handled in Japan, on Japan time with most likely japanese managers that speak english, a merge would make 0 fucking difference outside of changing the logo, you already have the foreign branches that did merge, what changed for them? As for Twisty, just fire her stupid ass, she's lost any support with the livers themselves, my only advice would be to simply terminate her, no long winded letter, just Twisty has been terminated and leave it at that.
