Who do you have? You can honestly get away with surprisingly little resources poured into the characters unless you consider levelling the fillers to 70 a high investment
With the exception of Fischl and Xiangling all the four stars I have here (along with Raiden and Dehya) were just level 70 some of them don't even have their talents levelled
I used to also think IT was a needless chore but after I saw other anons recommending each other to focus on the blessings instead of the characters I found it to be a lot more approachable. The blessings are ridiculously strong
