The only way the Boravia Jarhanpur conflict is any way like Israel Palestine is that Boravia is a US ally and Jarhanpur has brown people in it.
Aside from that they’re nothing alike. Boravia supposedly invaded Jarhanpur to liberate it from a tyrannical government, that sounds more like Russia-Ukraine when you consider Boravia is Eastern-European and one of Putin’s excuses was to liberate Ukraine of Nazis. The idea of a US ally trying to to “liberate” other countries from a “tyrant” isn’t unique to Israel, American intervention around the world was like that (such as Vietnam, Afghanistan, and so on)
Israel-Palestine in real life is more than just “US ally attacks brown people”, Israel initiated attacks on the Gaza war over terrorism, there is a historical land dispute between Israelis and Arabs in the region (especially in the West Bank), blocking and withholding of humanitarian aid is a hugely controversial part of it, there’s a history of religious and ethnic tensions in that region, etc. There is nothing like any of that in the movie itself. “Netanyahu” isn’t even the main villain of the movie, it’s Luthor
The war only exists as a plot device to show Superman does not consider geopolitics in his actions. That’s pretty much it and all sides trying to interpret it and make it about Israel (whether pro or anti Israel, far left or far right) lack media literacy.
