He looks like shit. Frank should have realized years ago that he is just mentally ill, completely neurotic and makes a mountain out of a grain of sand with literally every issue. Went from keto, to carnivore, to peaty, to eating bread sandwiches every day, was obsessed with electromagnetic fields, slept with a literal metal curtain on his bed to block wi-fi and 4G signals, also he slept reclined turning his bed into an almost chair because of some obsession he had about his organs fluids, everything he ever ate had to be bio/organic, etc. There's obviously some truth to all of it, the problem with these people is they obsess so much about control they ironically lose all control, and ultimately don't understand how resilient and adaptive the human body is, they overrate human fragility and again become fragile themselves through their neurotic hysteria.
