I used to do this aswell, until I started getting brown spots on my shoulders from being outside all the time. Now I wear a fishing hat and fishing shirt all the time. In this tourist town, we have boomers who stay outside all the time shirtless and their skin turns to brown leather.

I also see tourists here all the time completely red and cooked by the sun. It's nothing to mess around with. I stay comfy and not burned by covering up.
