I walk the dog 4-5k a day, I do about 12 minutes of calisthenics, eat a bunch of veggies, rice, and fish. Stay away from bread, cereals, don't drink soft drinks, don't like most sweets, have 2-3 protein shakes a day, 2-3 beers a day.
