So I have these first chapters of Yuuse's book in a text file, but I quickly put just the first chapter in Google Doc format as an example.

The first chapter is about handling floating tiles at the start of the round in an even point situation. It is a simple topic, but even now I still see plenty of people here who don't follow the advice in this chapter, so I think it's worth including regardless.
You might notice the writing style is very different from the other chapters in the book on the repo. That's because (when I wrote this part as a test last year) I did a direct translation of what the author actually wrote. The book on the repo is more of a summary of the book's contents and skips a lot of "humor," which is fine as a style choice, but it also skips some details of Yuuse's reasoning which I am less sure about. I'm not sure whether this was a choice of the translator to simplify things or a side effect of using MTL to assist with the translation, but either way, what I wrote for these early chapters that I already did was just 1:1, so it'll feel different. That's all I'm saying for now.
I would need to talk to the original translator to be able to make additions/edits to the existing book.
The Google doc format isn't able to handle tiles very well (to my knowledge) so they are just in brackets like [1man] for the time being.
