I feel like a way to make retired players come back again and a way to make the game feel less shit in general would be to simply give 2 bans per person in ranked, league is a old ass hame, and the number of band only went from 3 to 5, and never got increased again, there's so many unfun and unbalanced champions to the point that you can't bad them all, even if you had two bans per person, it'd make the game feel way more fun and less stressful
