XIV by far.
Huge variety in what you can do and not just in the lewd sense.
Mare, Heels, Customize etc all make it a walk in the park to do anything lewd and the mod manager actually fucking works.
en gee ess lewds can be nice if you're just doing it for screenshot purposes, but for general use and plapping it's fucking awful and janky.
I've always said if it managed to get even half the systems XIV has then it would attract more players.
