I remember when all 4 of the Ramones were edgy and raw and rude. It was 1984 and they were screaming through the streets, pissing wherever they wanted, ripping people's noses off. This was great for their PR. One time, they hijacked the air raid siren in my hometown of Hoedown, and they blasted this song over it when it was supposed to broadcast a nuclear missile alert:
